Inform us of a change of address

To inform us of your correct address details, please download and complete the Change of Address Form below and we will update our records.

We will require a separate form signed by each customer wishing to update their address details.

Address details for customers under the age of 18 cannot be updated without the signature of a parent/guardian.

Once completed please return the form to Customer Services, The Pearl Centre, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6FY.

How can I notify you that I have also changed my name?

Can I update my spouse/partner’s address details?
No. We can only update a customer’s personal details on their instruction to do so. We require a separate address details form to be completed for each customer.
